BlackVe is an agile, trusted mission partner delivering asymmetric and operationally responsive national security space capabilities. We provide turnkey solutions and end-to-end space system integration and operations, including design, production, launch, and secure operations.

BlackVe was founded in January 2024 for the explicit purpose of advancing US National Security in Space. We are a privately held company backed by Razor’s Edge Ventures, a private investment firm that exclusively invests in companies that serve US national security needs. Each of our senior leaders has several decades of national security space experience in industry and government.

BlackVe was founded on the premise of providing quick-turn end-to-end mission system capabilities to meet US national security needs and to address multiple USG space challenges. With an engineering team headquartered in Albuquerque, NM, an experienced leadership team with strong ties to the Department of Defense and Intelligence Communities, and the commitment to contribute private capital to ensure an on-time delivery at a lower cost to the government. We use agile design and production systems at our 30,000 sq. ft. facility with a Class 100,000 clean room and secure design, manufacturing & operations capabilities. We have developed and implemented innovative tools and have invested in advanced manufacturing to accelerate design, analysis, and testing.

Our Facilities

The BlackVe headquarters, which includes our AI&T facility, located in Albuquerque, NM, meets all relevant environment laws and regulations. This 30,000 sq.ft. facility will be equipped with multi-level security and will be structured for design and manufacturing agility. We are building an entire assembly floor complete with class 100,000 clean room. There is sufficient space provided for both FlatSat and system level integration. Additionally, BlackVe is in very close proximity to multiple national laboratories and is establishing agreements to utilize those specialized facilities for secure integration as needed.
